August 18, 2023 the Real Estate Magazine published an article about how agents can use their database to uncover potential and future business in working with the parents of their past clients.
The article touched on the fact that seniors real estate is very different from other types of real estate such as first time home buyers, commercial, luxury or duplexes and yet the senior aspect is so complicated.
The Lifestyle55+ Affiliate and MASTER training programs assists professionals (seniors realtors) in learning and understanding the nuances and challenges related to aging Canadians, it goes on to offer an understanding in motivations – housing options – family challenges – marketing and business development, all targeting working with seniors.
